Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Shopify.ALSASTORE@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
